I am not all that familiar with the Biosecurity Act 2015, but my understanding is that the Morrison Government effectively ignored its key recommended procedures for dealing with a respiratory pandemic and threw a lot of it in the bin. At the executive government level the various governments in Australia implemented policies that the Act did not endorse, such as lockdowns and coercive measures to achieve public compliance and acceptance of mass inoculation with the mRNA genetic injectables - a novel technology that was miraculously developed in record time. In retrospect, it would appear that similar Biosecurity Acts were long in the planning in many Western countries, and at the time of their passage into legislation they seemed like ‘a good thing’. One would have to suspect that the real government of Australia - the public servant mandarin class - simply manipulated naïve politicians into accepting that there was a need for such dangerous legislation. There is a strong case to support the idea that back in 2015, the politicians may have been taken for suckers by some sort of organised international confederation of interests. Perhaps the former Health Minister Ralph Hunt might have some answers about this.
